2010 Woodward Dream Cruise - Downtown Ferndale

The Paisley Fogg is back for its fifth appearance at the Woodward Dream Cruise in Downtown Ferndale. We will be on the East Stage again this year, on 9 Mile between City Hall and Ford’s Mustang Alley. It’s just one block east of Woodward and right in the heart of the fun! Show time is 12:00 noon till 2:00 pm. See some of the finest cars the 60’s had to offer while listening to some of the finest music of the same era.

Coloma, Michigan Glad / Peach Festival

After a 2-year absence, The Paisley Fogg is once again performing at Coloma’s Glad Peach Festival from 8:00 – 11:30 PM Saturday night, August 7th in Downtown Coloma, Michigan. Coloma puts on a great street party with food, beer, music, dancing, and of course all things peaches!

Concerts in the Park happens each Wednesday, from 7:00 till 8:30 PM at the Gazebo in the park behind City Hall (east side of Southfield Road just north of 11 Mile). Take US-23 south from Ann Arbor to the M-50 Tecumseh Road exit. Head east to Toledo Street. The festival takes place in Wolverine Park, right next to The Old Mill Museum. Join Paisley Fogg for a Last Gasp – Indian Summer – Dancin’ in the Streets outdoor performance on Saturday, October 24th, from 1:00 – 3:00 to celebrate completion of the Downtown Farmington Streetscape Improvements!. The fun will happen on Grand River Avenue near Farmington Road in the heart of downtown. Rumor has it that this is also a prelude to Halloween and costumes are anticipated. Paisley Fogg plans to attend disguised as 60’s rockers! Kids can Trick or Treet downtown businesses from 2-4 PM.

Two great sixties bands “The Paisley Fogg” & “British Beat 66” battle it out to determine once and for all which side of the pond made the best rock music of that golden decade.

And in this corner weighing in at collective 638 kgs. and playing the music of England, Canadian ambassadors of sixties music “British Beat 66” !

Both bands perform featuring authentic sixties costumes and musical equipment. Enjoy songs of The Beatles, The Beach Boys, The Rolling Stones, The Lovin’ Spoonful, Eric Burden & the Animals, Paul Revere and The Raiders, Herman’s Hermits, Jefferson Airplane, The Dave Clark Five, Janis Joplin, The Kinks, The McCoys, The Yardbirds, The Byrds, The Who, The Seeds and many other great British and American bands.

St. Huberts's Fall Festival

The dance tent was the size of a basketball court at this Mt. Clemens area festival sponsored by St. Hubert’s Catholic Church. The beer tent being right next to the stage kept the atmosphere festive and the giant dance floor provided room for everyone to showcase their moves.
